Are you spending too much energy worrying about finding the time to pay bills? Our online bill payment service - CyberPay - can help take the worry and planning out of bill payment. And, you'll be able to rest assured knowing that your payments will be made on time.

To sign up for CyberPay, you must have CyberTel Access. Please see call Member Service at 1-888-436-1847 to sign up for CyberTel. Once you have CyberTel access, and are in your Account Snapshot, choose "Statement/Bill Pay". Select "Bill Pay, then "Sign Up". Once you have read and agree with the disclosures, select "continue". A sequence of boxes will come up on your screen to verify mother's maiden name, email address and the current phone number on file. If these are all correct, select "okay" each time. The CyberPay account will now be created. You will be informed that it takes 24-48 hours for access to become effective. If you experience any difficulties signing up for CyberPay, please feel free to call Member Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-888-436-1847.

Online Check Images
View and print copies of paid check images with CyberTel Online Banking. Viewing check images allows you to verify to whom a check is written, the amount of the check, and the date it was written. You may view up to 3 months worth of check images, front and back, online by clicking on the check number. 

Members can view check images in CyberTel in four places by choosing:
1) "My Account", "Account Snapshot", "Transaction History Inquiry"
2) "My Account", "Checking", "History"
3) "My Account", "Checking", "Checks Cleared"
4) "My Account", "Search", "Check Number"

Fraud Monitoring
You can help us strengthen our fraud monitoring procedures by keeping your contact infomation up-to-date. You can verify or edit your contact infomation by logging onto CyberTel to view your "Account Snapshot". If you need to make changes, select "Edit Contact Information". Or, you can call a Member Service Representative at 1-888-436-1847 to make the changes on your behalf.
