QuikTel - Account Information by Phone

No matter where you are, QuikTel banking by phone gives you fast, easy, confidential access to your account information 24 hours-a-day. Just use your touch-tone telephone to:

  • Check your account balances
  • Transfer funds between Northeast Credit Union accounts
  • Place a stop payment
  • Reorder checks
  • Make a Northeast Credit Union loan or credit card payment
  • And, much more

Getting Started.

The first time you use QuikTel, you'll be asked to enter your member number and the primary member's1 Social Security Number to select a four digit personal identification number (PIN).


To access QuikTel from a touch-tone phone, dial 1-888-436-1847. From the Main Menu press "1" for "Automated Account Information". Then press "1" for "Main Menu of Services". You will then be prompted for your "Member Number" and "PIN" to access QuikTel. If you would like to access QuikTel directly, dial 1-603-427-6170.
