No matter where you are, QuikTel banking by phone gives you fast, easy, confidential access to your NECU account information, 24 hours a day. Just use your touch-tone telephone to:

• Check your account balances
• Transfer funds between Northeast Credit Union accounts
•  Place a stop payment
•  Reorder checks
•  Make a Northeast Credit Union loan or credit card payment

Getting Started

Follow these easy steps to use QuikTel to access your account information by telephone.

Note: The first time you use QuikTel, you'll be asked to enter your "Member Number", then select a four-digit personal identification number (PIN) and then enter the primary member's¹ Social Security Number.

1. To access QuikTel from a touch-tone phone, dial 1.888.436.1847.

2. From the Main Menu press "1" for "Automated Account Information."

3. Then press "1" for "Main Menu of Services."

4. You will then be prompted for your Member Number and "PIN" to access QuikTel.
